🔥🔥🔥 Magical Mercer Island

Choose one of two starting locations for our Friday morning adventure!

• 18-mile route: For a fun segment through a tunnel and across a long floating bridge, meet at Judkins Skatepark at 10:00 AM.
• 13-mile route: For the regular route, meet at the Mercer Island Park & Ride at 10:45 AM.

From the Park & Ride, everyone will wind through Mercer Island on quiet roads with gentle rolling terrain. The second half of the island features some longer climbs and descents, making this a great introduction to road skating with just enough elevation to keep things interesting.

Along the way, thrill seekers will have multiple options to split off temporarily from the main group to tackle extra spicy hills (levels 4 and 5), so everyone can choose their own level of challenge.

Water and food are limited along the route, so come prepared! We're planning water support and will have an on-call support vehicle available if needed.

At the end of the loop, you can either finish at the Mercer Island Park & Ride and ride the light rail back to downtown Seattle, or you can skate back across the I-90 Bridge to Judkins Park to complete the 18-mile route.
